The group was originally made up of 4 members - Søren Rasted, Lene Nystrøm Rasted, René Dif, and Claus Norreen, although as of 2016 Norreen left Aqua due to a changing musical focus. They were the first to make worldwide recognition, have sold the most albums, and are the most successful band ever in Denmark. AQUA is without a doubt the world's most famous Bubblegum dance act.
